Dail Cottage is nestled in a very private area, easily accessible by a well-maintained dirt road. Enjoy the convenience of staying within walking distance of the meeting and banquet facilities as well as the tranquility of the country environment, including occasional glimpses of wildlife prevalent in our Maine woods and wetlands—moose, deer, wild turkeys, partridges, ospreys, eagles, and more.

The first floor includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, large bathroom with stall shower, and utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, cabinets, sink, utility cart, dishes, eating utensils, glasses, cookware, and a variety of kitchen accessories. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs. The living room provides a cozy sitting area featuring a large sofa, comfortable area rug, and a table with a reading lamp.

The cottage has two upstairs bedrooms, each with a window and a skylight and furnished with two beds and two dressers. Closet space, attic storage, and wall-to-wall carpeting add to the comfort.
